Every morning, I get up at 4:30 and I slowly walk downstairs to feed what I call “the furry kids”, which is my black lab and two cats. I take my probiotic supplement, and then slowly go back up the stairs. It takes me about 10 minutes to really be awake.
You see, not everyone is motivated to get up at 4:30. That’s really early for most people. But early in the morning is when I get my writing done because once that coffee gets into my system, it’s go time.
And you know what? I even get up that early on the weekends because I know I can knock more out in the first few hours of the day than I can for the rest of the day. It’s what I learned from my mentor, Craig Ballantyne, called “magic time”.
I’m motivated by what I call, “impact”. I write to you every day to help you with your bootcamp exercises and workouts as well as some nutrition info to help your clients (and even yourself).
It’s simple – if I don’t write to you, I don’t make an impact. With my own story of losing 105 pounds, I know I can impact coaches and people who want minimum equipment workouts all across the world.
But what about your clients?
That’s certainly different. Most people are motivated to change simply by the mirror. But that wears off.
Your clients want an incentive to make a change.
So, how about money for losing weight?
Yep, that does work.
That’s how I got my clients to stick with it… and boy did they. I would always enter my clients into the TT Transformation Contest for two reasons:
